Appearing and coming alive in a
rare location
Some may argue, and rightfully so, that this is most
likely the most desirable and important location in
Jerusalem.
At the entrance to Jerusalem, on a unique site where in
the past stood the Foreign Ministry compound, a new residential
quarter is being constructed – Mishkenot Ha’uma – that
will provide its residences an ideal combination of prestige,
standard of life and status.
As in many city centers in Europe, this quarter is designed
as a closed compound, divided by a green mall. The quarter
will house about 680 prestigious residential units, finished
in the highest standard and commercial areas. The central
mall will be characterized by small and prestigious shops,
designer’s stores, special delicatessen stores, coffee
shops and restaurants. The quarter’s residents will have
swift access to and from the city through a vein of streets
or transportation centers. |
