In 2006, the company initiated operations through its Sidi Investments Kft subsidiary throughout various European countries.
The company is currently building thousands of housing units and luxury commercial buildings.

The Region 13 Project – 240 residential units in four 6-8 floor buildings are being constructed in the Stodolski Neighborhood in South West Prague – units comprising 2, 3 & 4 rooms each, a total of 22,000 sq.m.. In addition, the project will include 1,500 sq.m. of commercial space.

The company is also building projects in Region 10 and 13 in Budapest – all together, 2,300 residential units.
