The Mayor of Maaleh Adumim, Mr. Benny Kashrian, purchased from B.Yair a 5-room duplex in the city’s new Nofei Sela neighborhood. The apartment is located on the building’s 9th & 10th floors, and has an 80 sq.m. veranda facing the Jerusalem skyline.

B.Yair has begun marketing apartments in its Sky 2 Project, located along Netanya’s coast in the Ir Yamim neighborhood, north of Ramat Poleg. Formal permits have been obtained for construction of the projeect’s highest buildings – two 34-storey towers that commend views of the entire Sharon region.
